Our Retreats focus on meditation and healing in a sacred space for self-discovery and emotional release. It also includes Meditative Arts, Nature trips, Expressive Dances, Emotional Releasing Methods, Classical Hatha Yoga, and authentic meditations taught by masters (not from self-help books;)).
