Meet Prem Lalit – Your Guide to Yoga, Meditation & Inner Transformation

Swami Prem Lalit is an experienced meditator, yoga master, spiritual counsellor, and a healer. He has mentored hundreds of students on their journey to becoming meditation and yoga teachers. Through the transformative power of meditative and yogic practices, he has also supported numerous patients in regaining their health and well-being.

He combines ancient wisdom with practical guidance to help individuals create harmony in body, mind, and soul. His workshops and retreats focus on healing inner child issues, releasing mental and emotional blockages, and deepening the understanding of the self.

He believes that true healing comes from within and encourages his students to embrace a balanced lifestyle rooted in mindfulness.

Online Group Practice Sessions

In our online sessions, you’ll find healing and spiritual growth coming to you in the most unexpected ways. We do multiple types of practices in our online session every week which includes physical practices, breathing practices, various types of authentic meditations and other techniques which relax, heal and grow the being.

Transformative Retreats

Our Retreats focus on meditation and healing in a sacred space for self-discovery and emotional release. These retreats guide participants through practices aimed at releasing trauma, overcoming past wounds, and nurturing inner peace.

Meditation & Yoga Teacher Training

In this comprehensive course, you will gain a deep understanding of meditation which is actually nothing different from Yoga, both are same, and one thing, but misunderstood commonly because Yoga is usually thought as physical exercises.

Online Courses

It is a blessing with the help of technology that we are able to learn and share online these days. And we have made these courses for people who are not able to travel to enjoy the transformative retreats and full time off-line courses, you can now learn and grow with the help of these short online courses we have created. They just need 2 to 3 hours of your day, and you will be able to enjoy the healing and inner transformation in your home.

What is meditation and how does it support inner well-being?

In the world, full of screens, the mind is so active. That thoughts are taking all the energy which makes us feel lethargic, stressed and mental fogginess. Meditation is a practice that helps calm the mind and develop deeper awareness. With regular practice, it can reduce stress, improve emotional balance, and increase mental clarity. Many people use meditation as a simple daily method to reconnect with themselves and cultivate inner stability.

While for others who are interested in the evolution of their soul, this practice helps them to unfold, empty themselves, and make them go in the space of awareness beyond body and mind.

Yes, beginners can easily begin with guided sessions. Most programs introduce gentle breathing techniques, simple postures, and basic awareness practices that allow newcomers to build confidence and comfort gradually.
Almost all the meditations also can be practised by beginners.

Consistent practice supports both physical and mental health. It can improve flexibility, posture, breathing, emotional resilience, and focus. Over time, many practitioners also notice better sleep and a greater sense of calm in daily life.

It brings a sense of grounding, which is sorely lacking in today’s tech-driven world.  We’ve lost touch with our bodies and the earth.  Regular meditation and yoga reconnect us with nature, our breath and our bodies. This reduces anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.  It also offers great physical health benefits beyond exercise.  Meditation and yoga techniques work deeply on the energy body which is not in understanding of other methods.

Our body and mind are not shaped in a day, a week, or even a year. They are the outcome of millions of years of evolution. The physical problems we experience and the psychological patterns we carry are also not recent—they have deep roots within us. 

 

The masters of Yoga and meditation have shared techniques that can profoundly help in unravelling and undoing the conditioning of both body and mind. However, this is not a task that can be completed overnight. At times, a single session of meditation can bring a noticeable transformation, depending on the total involvement of the individual. For others, it may take years of regular practice, allowing a slow and steady evolution.


This journey is entirely personal. How fully you live each moment determines how much you receive from it. The same applies to meditation and yoga techniques. For visible benefits to physical and mental health, a consistent and dedicated practice of at least three months is essential.

Anytime, just immediately after food needs a break from very active practices.

Not much is required. Comfortable clothing, a simple mat or cushion, and a quiet space are usually enough to begin. The focus is on awareness, breathing, and gentle movement rather than equipment.
For Online sessions, one gadget to join the session and some quiet space is required.

Yes, online programs can be very effective when guided by experienced teacher. They allow participants to learn at their own pace while maintaining regular practice from home.
We have seen tremendous transformation happening in people just through joining in online sessions. So with experience, we can say yes, it is completely effective.
