We do multiple types of practices in our online session every week which includes physical practices, breathing practices, various types of authentic meditations and other techniques which relax, heal and grow the being.

In these sessions, you’ll enjoy:

Active meditations

These transformative inner work tools break energy blockages, gather scattered parts of the self and foster growth. These tools aid emotional release, bringing joy and laughter back, allowing safe expression of emotions like anger, sadness, joy, etc. They support emotional cleansing, helping you feel lighter and more balanced.

Activities like dynamic breathing, shaking, dancing or cathartic expressions help release suppressed emotions, stress and trauma from the body.
These Meditations are particularly effective for those with busy lives or restless minds who struggle to sit still in traditional meditations. The active stages clear the suppressed and blocked energy, making it easier to experience stillness and presence during the silent meditation stages.

Passive Meditations

These relaxing guided meditations are often practised lying down or sitting.  They’re one of the oldest and most classical practices.  By relaxing the body and calming the mind, sometimes with the help of imagination or feeling, we guide the being into a state of awareness where they become simply a witness to everything.  These meditations offer profound relaxation reduce stress enhance focus and rejuvenate both mind and body. These guided meditations improve sleep, emotional balance, and promotes deep inner healing.

Asana Practice

Practicing yoga with awareness grounds you, releasing anxiety and depression through joint movement, muscle stretching, holding asanas (postures), and synchronizing all this with breathing. With awareness, yoga heals the body, mind, and soul, along with keeping us fit physically..

In the Upanishads, the ancient Yogic scriptures, it is beautifully stated that everything is governed by awareness. Through awareness, we can transform our mental, psychological, and physical states. Awareness truly is the key. However, this fundamental aspect is often missing in contemporary yoga practice. The primary purpose of yoga is to create a nurturing foundation for meditation, taking care of the nervous system and helping it withstand the transformative energy that accompanies deep spiritual changes.

Asana practice is completely different from doing exercise because of this reason. When people are doing exercise, they are often distracted with the music or a lot of people do the practice with the energy of aggression. But Yoga practice is done with self-awareness, which completely changes the whole effect on our being.

Yoga practice conducted with awareness prepares the individual to be more accepting, patient, joyful, creative, loving and meditative. Fostering a heightened sensitivity to life and enabling one to experience profound emotions such as love arising in the heart upon observing a simple rose. This is precisely what we strive to achieve in our practice at Conscious Temple.
